Work we handle

Flooring & tile
Surfaces that take daily wear.
Plank and resilient flooring installation, floor repair and transition work, interior and exterior tile, backsplashes, grout, and the finish details that decide how a room reads.
A dependable process
One request. One accountable thread.
Flooring is unforgiving work. A subfloor that is out of level, a transition that was never set right, or grout lines that wander are visible from across the room and stay visible for as long as the floor lasts. We check what is underneath before anything goes down, because in older Ozarks homes the subfloor is frequently the actual problem and covering it simply relocates the failure. Where a floor only needs sections repaired rather than full replacement, we will tell you that.
Requests received before 4 PM on a business day receive a human response that day. Later requests receive a response by noon the next business day. Every scheduled visit includes written confirmation, an on-the-way update, and communication if plans meaningfully change.

Common questions
Flooring, Tile & Backsplashes, answered.
Still deciding where your project fits? Call or text (870) 706-3199 and we will point you in the right direction.
Do I need to replace the whole floor or can you repair a section?
Often a section is enough, particularly with plank and resilient flooring where damage is confined to one area. The limit is usually whether we can source a matching product. We will tell you honestly when a repair would look worse than replacement.
What if the subfloor underneath is damaged?
We check it before anything goes down. In older homes here the subfloor is frequently the real problem, and covering it just relocates the failure to somewhere less visible and more expensive. If it needs attention, you will hear about it before we proceed, not after.
Can you install flooring I bought myself?
Yes. Let us know the product and how much you have before the visit so we can confirm it suits the room and that the quantity allows for normal cutting waste.
How long does tile need before it can be used?
Mortar and grout need proper cure time, and rushing it is how tile fails early. We will tell you exactly how long to stay off a floor or out of a shower, and we schedule the work so that wait is convenient rather than disruptive.
